Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) helps with heating expenses for eligible residents in Morgan County, West Virginia.

What is LIEAP?

The Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) is federally-funded to help bring down costs of eligible individuals in West Virginia. If you are on a fixed income or are a low-income family, you can apply for assistance to help with energy bills. The program helps to offset costs with payments made directly to the utility company.

Households experiencing a heating emergency may be eligible for emergency crisis assistance through this program, as well.

Who Is Eligible for LIEAP Assistance in West Virginia?
